'Ninjutsu' is a combat martial art that focuses on tactics used by guerillas in war and tactics used in unconventional warfare. It also includes spy techniques used by ninjas, or shinobi, in Japan. There are 18 main disciplines of Ninjutsu. These involve philosophical things like spiritual refinement, and knowledge of geography.
There are several different schools of Ninjutsu, each with differences in their methods of training. A major part of training in most Ninjutsu schools is dealing with an attacker. Called Ukemi, this type of training teaches students how to receive a kick or punch without taking damage from it. Ninjutsu includes methods of:
Training in hand to hand combat skills
Weapons training
Training in escape and concealment
Healing is incorporated into some classes with Daishihan Clint Urbanoski who is also certified as a level one Shiatsu practitioner.
Gathering information and techniques of non-detection, avoidance, and misdirection.
